Unable to Send/Receive Emails

If you are unable to send /receive emails from your Hotmail email account then first thing you need to check is whether the problem is confined to just one device either a computer or a handheld or it’s with every device that you use.

If it’s confined to just one device then the problem is with the email configuration with that particular device and that needs to be updated.

Or if the problem is with all the devices you use then the settings of your email on web mail might have been changed or it may have been hacked and the settings might have been altered as a result of it.

Usually this problem happens with only one of the devices and not all of them that you use, mostly with the devices on which you are using an email client to check your emails because the sending and receiving of emails in email clients is based on outgoing and incoming server configuration and even a minor change in configuration details will lead to this problem
